Project Manager Reviews

Each sprint, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to your team. They will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to you! The team will score you from 0-4 in the following categories:

• MY PROJECT MANAGER SET CLEAR EXPECTATIONS FOR WHAT THEY EXPECT EACH OF US TO ACCOMPLISH EACH WEEK
• MY PROJECT MANAGER PRACTICED OPEN COMMUNICATION WITH THE GROUP
• MY PROJECT MANAGER GAVE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK
• MY PROJECT MANAGER DEMANDED AND MAINTAINED ACCOUNTABILITY FROM EVERYONE, INCLUDING THEMSELVES
• I FELT THAT I COULD TRUST MY PROJECT MANAGER

This feedback will be aggragated and provided anonymously in the Teamwork Tool after each sprint. While these reviews can sometimes be biased, they are also important indicators for you as a PM on how your team is feeling. Some interpretation is also important - for example, a perfect score here often means that you're not pushing them hard enough.

While this is not directly calculated into your grade for the class in a formulaic way, it is considered in the overall picture of your performance. If you get terrible reviews, and cannot show me what you're doing to find out why they are terrible or how you might adjust, they will likely impact your grade negatively.
