"Lessons Learned" Presentation Rubric Report
The last bit of the course will have PMs present the lessons they learned as PMs over the semester. Each of thse presentations will take 5 - 7 minutes and should include: * 2 good decisions you made that you want to repeat in the future; * 2 decisions you made that did not end well and want to be certain to avoid making again; * 1 unexpected thing that came up during the semester as a PM, how you handled this, and what this teaches you about who to prepare. For each of those items, you will need to provide enough context for us to understand the situation, how you handled the situation, and the result of your decision. You will need to stay within the time limits, but also provide your audience with enough details to understand what happened and the lessons you learned.
